Jen became our Library Director in December of 2009. She graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Master of Library Science, and has dual certification in public and school libraries. Jen lives in Oakfield, Genesee County, with her two daughters, four cats, Waffles the cockatiel, and a grand-pug named Belle. Of course, she likes to read and travel, as well as hanging out with the Girl Scouts. She is incredibly happy to be a part of the Ogden Farmers’ Library.

Anne has been our Children's Librarian since 1997.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Bonaventure and a master's degree from the University at Buffalo. Prior to joining our staff, Anne worked in the library of the Churchville Elementary school in Churchville-Chili. Anne is known for her wild and woolly programs, and you are likely to find her sitting on the floor surrounded by kids listening to her tell stories.

Kate has been with the library since 1997. Kate oversees the Adult Fiction & Nonfiction, Movies, and Recorded Book areas. Kate has Bachelors degree from Georgian Court College and a master's degree from Rutgers University. She lives in Brockport and enjoys quilting, traveling, and reading.

Roberta started working at the library in 1990 at Amity St. as a circulation clerk and is now our Young Adult Library Assistant. She oversees the collection for grades 6-12 and supervises our Junior Friends group of volunteers. Roberta is well known in the community and is always coming up with some new and funky idea to get kids into the library. She lives in Spencerport with her two children, husband, and 2 dogs, Luci & Kiah.
 

Laura joined the OFL team in August of 2008, as a practicum student in pursuit of a master's degree in library science. In June 2010, she became the Genealogy and Outreach Librarian. She enjoys sharing books with tiny cuties during Baby Story Time and Toddle Time. Surrounded by people and stories all day, Laura considers herself one lucky duck.

Anne Marie has worked at the library since 1998 as a clerk. She came to us with a long history of experience in the Rochester City School District as a teacher's aide and storyteller. She maintains our "bestseller list," and produces the library newsletter.

Mary has worked with us since 1998 as a circulation clerk. Mary does a little bit of everything - she works at the desk, fixes books, writes up order cards, and more. Mary is also responsible for all our interlibrary loan requests, and oversees the magazine collection. Mary introduced the staff and our patrons to the writing of Brock & Bodie Thoene, whose books are now among our most popular. She lives in Spencerport with her husband and son.

Sandi joined the library staff in June 2011. In addition to working at the circulation desk, Sandi assists with baby and toddler programing, including Toddler Dance Party! She lives in Spencerport with her husband, son, daughter, and yellow lab, Bristol.

Pat Leiston works in the library at the Fairbanks Road Elementary School in the Churchville-Chili Central School District. She joined our staff as a part-time clerk in October 2005.

Bob "Zippy" McDonald joined our staff on precisely August 8th, 2005. Bob is a Kodak retiree who also worked in floral delivery for 7 years. That's 7 Valentine's Day deliveries, and he's still around to tell about it! In addition to his clerk duties at the library, "Zippy" oversees the Scrabble Club. He lives in Hilton with his dog, Addie.

Sheila joined the library staff in February, 2008. In addition to her duties as a clerk, Sheila is in charge of all A/V repairs and cleanings, inventory and preparing supply orders and labeling projects. Sheila loves to keep things neat and tidy and will always share her thoughts on the latest movie if you ask her. Sheila lives in Spencerport with her husband and two daughters.

Ralph is the man who keeps the library clean. He's the first one at the library every day and is in charge of keeping the public and staff areas clean and neat. Ralph lives in Hilton with his wife Pat.

Pat serves as a page and an overall cheerful presence at the library.

Katherine the page is also an excellent baker.

Michael is page first, Harry Potter fanatic second (a close second!).
